KhourianBeer is an innovative fashion brand focused on imagining and creating objects through an intensively tactile and handmade approach.
IKTOMI was approached to develop a brand identity that would reflect their unique position in the fashion world. We shaped all aspects of the brand, including the website and lookbook.
A bold yet minimal identity expression

Our objective was to create a bold yet mysterious identity expression exuding the quiet confidence of a brand that represents cutting edge design and timelessness.
The visual register we selected was austere and minimal, reflecting KhourianBeer’s unique designs that focus attention on the tactile techniques utilized in the creation of the products. The logo is unconventional, featuring a bold strikeout to position itself as unique, almost an anti-logo yet enticing in its simplicity.
We developed a lookbook for the brand’s launch during the Paris Fashion Week, and we wanted to cement a visual representation that fully embraced the anachronism of using ancient methods to create very modern products. The lookbook was split into two important halves, a campaign for the first and a catalogue for the second.
The main source of atmosphere obviously falls in the pictures and our art direction in collaboration with photographer Adrian Geralnik contrasted the intricate rock textures to the beauty of the products to great effect.
